Back to School Carnival

Tonight is the Back to School Carnival, from 4:00-5:30. There will be games, cotton candy, popcorn, face painting, sno-cones, and lots more. Second Grade will be having a Cake Walk. Most things are only a quarter or fifty cents. Bring the family and have lots of fun! .

Friday, August 19th

Tomorrow Mrs. Gooch will be selling popsicles for 25 cents. Also, it will be show and tell for our class:)

Blue and White Day!

We are going to wear blue and white tomorrow (Thursday) in support of our Stroud Tiger Blue/White scrimmage that will take place tomorrow night at 8:00. Thank you for your support!

******Reminder: Parent Meeting Monday

We will have a parent orientation meeting on Monday, August 15th. The first session will be at 5:30 and the second will be at 5:45. We will hold two sessions to allow parents with more than one child to attend two sessions. At 6:00, there will be free hotdogs in the cafeteria.  We will be discussing some very important information. I hope to see everyone there!

We are off to a great start!

We have had a great first two days in Pre-K!! Everyone seems to be transitioning to "Big School" very well. Today was an exciting day......we finally got to play on the playground!

You can come by the school on Tuesday, Aug. 9th from 1:00-3:30 to find your classroom, drop off your school supplies and meet your teacher! I am looking forward to meeting everyone:-)

Pre-K Supply List

3 boxes of Crayola crayons
8 glue sticks
1 pair of safety scissors
2 boxes of Kleenex
1 Box of baby wipes
Boys - 1 box of large Ziploc bags
Girls - 1 box of small Ziploc bags
2 watercolor paints
Nap Mat
Blanket or towel for nap
Backpack large enough for planner and balnket

Complete change of clothes including socks and underwear. Please send them in a Ziploc bag with name.
